Recall that the game is the best exercise for children, and playing the levels is very simple. You and the players should stand up, facing each other, leaving a space between you of about 90 centimeters. With your arm stretched and the palm of your hand facing down (in case it is more than one player in front of you, you must do so with both arms), place yourself on "level 1".
