Exhibition of 100 years of baby carriages in Vienna

Baby strollers are not usually a frequent object in museum exhibitions, so I can't help telling you that from October 18 until January 13, 2008 you have the opportunity to see an unmissable if you travel to Vienna .

On display, called Baby an board, you can know the models that were seen in the Austrian streets throughout the twentieth century, of which you have a snack in the photo gallery.

I was struck that between the 30s and 60s the car models imitated. After the sixties they looked like shoe boxes evolving little by little (fortunately) to those we have today, although we cannot prevent our grandchildren from laughing at the Bugaboo tomorrow.

It seems not, but baby carriages like so many other articles of everyday life are also a reflection of the reality that a country lives at a certain moment in its history.
