How to make a banana and caramel tatin cake

To make this cake we will use as a mold a small-sized circular mud fountain, about 18 cm in diameter. We put a good squirt of liquid caramel on the base and extend it by tilting the fountain in all directions.

We peel and we cut the bananas into pieces and we place them standing on the clay fountain so that the flat part is below, located on the candy.

We cut a circle of breeze pasta of a somewhat larger size than the size of the mold and place it on the bananas. Then we tuck the outer part so that it is forming a kind of basket turned upside down.

We bake to 190 ° C for about 20 minutes until the breeze paste begins to brown and the base candy bubbles. Then we take the cake out of the oven and let it cool. To serve it, we turn the cake on a plate as if it were a potato omelette and have it ready to take to the table.
